I highly recommend Florida Nature Tours, Wes Biggs and his other guides are running a top-notch tour to the Tortugas. Though Wes wasn't personally on the Dry Tortugas tour I did, he had everything set up perfectly, and his guides Dave Goodwin and Dave Hartgrove handled everything that came up very smoothly.
